01What we collect
When you order, we ask for the details that go on your invitation: your names, your families’ names, your event dates, times and venues, and any wording or photos you send us on WhatsApp.
When a guest replies, the invitation saves their name, how many people are coming and which events they’ll attend.
When you visit this website, we don’t use analytics or advertising trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps the usual technical logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) to keep the site running and safe.
02How we use it
Only to make, set up and look after your invitation, and to talk to you about your order. We don’t use your details for advertising, and we don’t send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.
03Where it’s kept
Your invitation is hosted with Cloudflare.
Your guests’ replies are saved to a Google Sheet that we share with you.
Our chats with you stay in WhatsApp.
04Who can see your invitation
Anyone with a link to your invitation can open it, so share links only with your guests. A personal link shows each guest only the events they’re invited to.
Only you and our team can open the replies sheet.
05How long we keep it
Your invitation stays online until 3 months after your last event. Then we take it down and delete the replies sheet, after sending you a copy to keep. You can ask us to take it down sooner.
06Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you or your guests. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 318 5533816, and we’ll do it within a day.
07Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your details, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects an order in progress, we’ll tell you on WhatsApp.
